The outfits are cute Meags . The cramps are normal and so is the backache - I had those very badly with my 1st pregnancy. It's like sharp shooting pains and worst when you sit and then get up.

I'm taking Centrum Materna DHA and folic acid.

Well girls, I've sent DH to go see if he can find an open chemist to get another pregnancy test. I don't feel pregnant at all so now I'm wondering if that test the Dr. did in his office was right. I don't have any symptoms. Still got this rash that comes and goes so not sure what it is.

Hi Chris - How the triplets doing ? Are you feeling any movement yet seen as though there are three in there?

Meags - I really dont think you should worry about the cramps. Our uterus's are expanding at such a rapid rate now. Mines probably not that bad because my uterus has stretched to its limits before. If it becomes very uncomfortable you can take a panado (I know, what a joke) or I find that Tylenol works for me.

Have a safe trip abroad. Enjoy the time with your mom. She must be so thrilled.

Just wanted to say congrats ,eags, all the best hun! I had to stp my multi vit for a while cos it just made my nausea worse, make sure you take yr folic acid especially and if you can stomach it, protein, lots of protein. Cramps r normal and back ache, let those be reminders of the miracle growing in you.

Meags - stop stressing sweeti. AF type pains in early preg is normal. As long as you dont have severe cramps and bleeding, you dont have much to worry about. Just relax and enjoy your 8 months!

Hmm...my pain is like period pains and they are intense for 5 minutes then gone. and they are combined with lower back ache.

Gonna phone the gynae tomorrow to see when I can get an appointment

Meags - Ive been taking Pregnavit M. Its what my gynae suggested. And folic acid tabs too.
I think the cramps are normal. Ive had cramps on and off for a few days too. But nothing that makes me want to stop what im doing and bend over.
Its more like a "hunger pain" if I can descibe it that way.
