Meags, Congrats!!! I always check everyones charts before I log in, and when I clicked on yours expecting to see maybe a temp or two, it said HPT+ and I was like WHAT??? We all kinda joked about it and Im sure everyone at some time mustve suspected it but seeing it is still amazing!! I still have to go read all the excitement from the ttc thread, cant believe I missed the whole thing!! Youve been havign af cramps all along, and its actually a preggie symptom and very normal

which multivitamin is the best for me to take?

and should i already have strong cramps and back ache??? seems too early for this....
last night the pain was so strong i almost left where we were and went home.
it's strange, the pain is so intense for like 5 minutes and then it is completely gone?!

Joli I got a VERY feint positive yesterday but didnt get excited as you really have to study the test to kind of maybe see the second line.
today I tested again (I stole about 15 tests from the hospital!!) and the second line was a bit darker.
so the girls on TTC thread convinced me do to bloods today. so i did!! my count is only 88. according to Lancet, that puts me at 2 weeks. according to internet, I'm 4 weeks.
I know the EDD is worked out from 1st day of last period, and they assume ovulation occurs day 14 and cycle is 28 days. so then you are considered 4 weeks.
since ovulation happened late for me, I am assuming I'm 4 weeks because last period was 6 weeks ago but we only had unprotected sex on day 30 so this can be the only day we conceived!!
I am SHOCKED!!!!!!!!

Dh is happy, but also shocked.
I didnt tell him about the urine test or blood test. then came home with the results and wrote underneath "congratulations daddy. i love you. love bean xxx" and bought 2 little outfits that say "my dad is cooler than yours" and "daddy's team".
He was so surprised and I was crying. it was quite overwhelming!

Although I did want to wait a bit to tell people, I just couldnt. everyone we know, knows! i am going to try get a gynae appointment for end of August. DH is going away in September so want to have the scan before he leaves

Oh my word Meags!!! I was wondering what you would type here, not expecting this!!! TELL TELL DO TELL!! When did you test. Nope I'm sure you due date will be in March still. Can't be April yet. I'm beginning of March and I'm only 6 weeks abouts.
