disposable panties is ok but i bought normal cheap panties for the first few days and if there was a oepsie i just chucked it away as i fiited a disposable pantie before hand and it just didnt gel with me..... try also not to overpack as you have limited space. pack to checker bags so hubby ca take away any dirty clothes after a visit.

nail clipper for baby my baby was born with heavy long nails and scrathed his face. then keep super c or mints in the bag for after delivery my mouth had a jucky taste.

my bil bought biscuits to give to the staff and you wont believe how much more help you get.

I am having a caesar in November and if anyone can tell me what the first 3 days are like and what I would need to get through it physically that would be fantastic! I think you already may have answered this question but memory loss is a very real thing for me at the moment

don't forget small change for the vending machine, I got hungry in hospital and made lot's of trips to the vending machine's for crisps

Don't forget your medical aid card as well as your and hubby's ID's, hun. x
