Are there any Dec09 moms still around?

Hope you are all well and your little ones developing nicely!

So exciting! And lovely that she is enjoying walking around. I just wish my little one would hurry up now as my back is killing me hovering over him while he bearly holds my pinkie and walks around. Most of the time he is walking by himself, he just doesn't know it. As soon as I try to get my finger away he plonks down on the floor and cries!!!

Wow but I can't believe our little babies are coming up for their 1st birthday! I hope you have a super day tomorrow with your girls. I'm sure the party will be fun and enjoyed by all. Looking forward to some pics!

Hi Jojo!
Well Ashlee has been taking more and more steps now. She tries to walk every day, even though it's only a few steps. She's really enjoying it.

Her birthday is tomorrow!! EEEK!!! I'm going to make some cupcakes just for us for tomorrow, so that she can have one to blow a candle out on.

Saturday we are having a little party for her. We're doing at a restaurant that has a huge play area inside, which is great for the older kids. We'll be doing snacks for the parents, and then just a cake for the kids and of course party packs. Got 3 days to organise everything!!

How are you doing?? Any other December moms still lurking around?????

I bet by now she is walking around all over the place!
Well my lazy little one took those first steps a little while ago and has taken none since then!!!! Guess he prefers crawling!

Have you got any plans for Ashlee's 1st birthday?

Well Ashlee has been taking a few steps now. She takes about 2 before she sits down again. She's keeping her mom on her toes.

Ashlee's birthday is the 9th, so that's next week..

Congrats Nels on Amara's birthday!! Hope you have a lot of fun celebrating.

I'm sure little Ashlee will be taking those steps soon! Hope teh camera is ready and set on 'action shot'?
B has also cut another 4 teeth. So he now has 4 on top and 4 on the bottom! He got a little grouchy and a bit of an upset tummy with the last 4 but handled it pretty well! Strong little ox!
What date is Ashlee's bday? 2 weeks make it the 10th? B's bday is on 16th. As you say... I cannot believe they will be a year in a few weeks time! Time has flown by.

It seems to be just you and me Jojo!!

Ashlee is standing up by herself, and letting go of things to stand by herself, but instead of taking those steps she just sits down again. Sure it will happen soon.

On the tooth front another tooth (no 4) is almost through and I see some more on the way. So she now has 2 at the bottom 2 at the top (1 is only just through) and then there seems to be another one at the top almost through. Poor baby, although she's actually taking it well.

Hope to hear from some other Dec. moms soon. Can you believe our LO's are almost turning 1!!!!!! Ashlee will be 1 in 2 weeks.
