Girls seem high maintainence. I know what I was like as a teenager. I don't really mind, I want a healthy baby but I think its because I've convinced myself its a boy and I so don't want to be wrong because everyone says its a girl.

Clothes are definitely cuter for a girl. I love pink as well so it would be so much fun but I know we would spoil a little girl so much. AND we cannot afford 2 horses so I am worried on that front because if she wants a pony, I can't hear daddy saying no to her.

GML, congrats, I wanted a boy too. But i have a feeling it's a girl.
I have helped organise and bought expensive gifts for my 3 of my friends, just hope the favour is returned. Even if gifts are not expensive, it's the thought that counts......

On second thought, i would be glad for a girl. My hubby is Xhosa and i just hate that they send the boys to the bush. Since we always disagree about cultural issues (i was raised by a coloured parent who doesn't believe in those things, thank God).

Miksmom, does gaviscon not help? It works for me. Try to avoid acidic food/spicy food and sit upstraight after a meal for about 30 minutes.

Googlebug, i hope your MS will not be like those women who get it for entire duration of pregnancy. Try eating protein first thing in the morning. Also, BP is low bcoz u of long night, stomach is empty. Have you tried acupuncture? It worked magic for my friend. It might help you.

I also prefer a camp cot we had a wooden cot that was hubbies when he was a baby so obviously everyone used it for there babies but now that we having twins camp cots they have wheels you can push them where ever fold them travel with them

Miksmom yuk on the heartburn keep in mind you can drink citres soda when it's still bubbeling also helps for heartburn cause it's a gastric antacid as well It seems to help me cause I also don't like gaviscon
