Hi Ladies

Hope you're all doing well and feeling good.

Nothing much to report except that I'm stil having those dreams.

I dreamed I was in Labour with 4 other women in the General ward but neither of us were in pain. Instead we were sitting there watching TV, eating and laughing Wearing those hospital gowns

We got called up one by one to have our babies. Very weird.

Ladies

Those who have kids already, what did you wear duringyour hospital stay? Did you have your own clothes that you changed into or did you stay in the hospital gown? When we did the hospital tour the ward ws so hot and it was Winter and the midwife kept telling us how hot it gets in summer and by the time my baby is due it's even worse.

So I'm not sure...

Googlebug, I'm guessing that the two are related. I came to the conclusion because two of our friends are ALWAYS in shorts and a tshirt no matter what the temperature and it ends up that they both have high blood pressures.

I will mention it to the doc next week

Champers, hope the dizziness is a bit better. It might be worth getting your blood sugar checked as well, apparently that starts going haywire in the third trimester, and low blood sugar will cause dizziness. Wow, I also tend to have low blood pressure and I'm always cold even in mid summer, but I've never considered that the two might be related. Oh and my 4d scan is the same day as yours.

GML, hope your home affairs mess gets sorted out. I will also have to make a trip there at some point, meant to change my surname after I got married over two years ago but never got round to it. I would liek to do it before the baby is born so we all share the same surname.

Barbs, glad you enjoyed the baby shower!

I went to the open day today at our companies staff nursery school. They really have excellent facilities and very caring staff- which makes me feel much better about leaving my baby there at six months. Plus its across the road from the office so I can pop in during the day.

Wow GML, that is a mess. Shouldn't pose a problem registering your baba though.

My blood pressure is always low. My urine gets checked at every scan too. I never suffer from getting hot. I think because my bp is so low all the time I am always cold.

Miksmommy, you do have a very busy time! Wow!

We have our 30 week scan next Thurs and the our 4d scan on the 27th.

Had some difficulty connecting lately...
Glad to see youre all fine! Champers- rather have your bloodpressure checked 2-3 times, it will give a good indication! What about a urine test? Ive been dizzy every time I started with a bladder infection... I also think the heat plays a big part.
All's well on my front- just HOT and tired! But I guess that comes with the territory!
Had a busy weekend with a big family gathering PLUS a baby shower organised by the aunts! Huge surprise en enjoyed it so much! We have so many cute stuff now, cant wait!!

im convinced im at least 3 cm rounder today- baby is kicking up a storm, and more upwards. Feels like my ribs are in jeopardy now!

September is indeed a busy month!! Its our wedding anniversary on Friday and Monday its hubby's bday... and our 4D scan! Exciting stuff!

Morning Ladies

Hope you're all feeling good today.

We went to home affairs and labour dept yesterday.
At home affairs we found out that hubby has 2 ID numbers and is registered under his mom's maiden surname and his dad's surname, hence 2 ID numbers. As a result I'm still single and will be single until this whole thing is sorted out. WE hope it wont give us problems with registering the baby.

WE finally booked out bed yesterday and we booked our 4D scan for next week Thursday. Cannot wait!

Our ante natal class starts next week Saturday. They say it's 4hours and it takes just that one class to cover everything... Cannot wait. Seems like September is a busy month for us.

Champers- I also get dizzy spells from time to time. Have you checked for anaemia? I know my levels are just below the required rate hence the dizzy spells sometimes.
