I made this a week ago and Porra and smelly teenager are still eating it. It's fecking huge !!!

Suggest making half.

And get extra cream or ultramel to serve with.

I didn't realise the cream had to go in the sauce in the saucepan so I had no cream to whip to go with.

Right. That's my baking escapade done for 2011.

Aaah so this is where the recipe came from RM! Sneaky sneaky.

If I had cream I would try this tonight because surprisingly I actually have all of the other ingredients.

I will definitely try this as BF has been bleating about all the nice food his mama makes <she is overseas and he cannot partake no more>.

Back in May I got tired of the crying noises and have promised to bake something before 30.06.2011 and it was either Malva or Beer Cake I was hearing about most loudly.

Never heard of Beer Cake so Malva it is.

Plus DH always said if I learn to make Malva he'll never leave me.

I can think of worse things than becoming addicted to Malva pudding... or any other desert for that matter!
