Melting Moments

I recently started a topic : Picture Perfect where I said how irritating all those OOOOooooo mommies are and how they just hide the true day to day things that all of us struggle with and in here we can say it without feeling guilty. Somedays I don’t cope… there I said it again and it’s ok.

BUT

After reading all those replays by all you incredible woman whom I feel I can now call friends and I don’t feel like a bad mommy anymore. I feel like a normal everyday mom who loves my child and some days have bad days but that is ok !!!

So I thought lets put aside that we do have bad days but lets share some Ooooo moments that irritate us from others but we can share truly in here cause we know that is the truth.

I had a very warming feeling this morning. My Amarise is 15 months old. She can say a few words and naturally can say mommy. But this morning for the first time when I got up at 5 and walked down the passage to go and put the kettle on, I heard from her room a loving little voice : Mamma , and I stood there is total amazement cause she is calling me. I heard again a bit louder : Mamma !

My heart just melted….. she wants her mommy…
