2kidmamma Dylan does the same. He starts twinkle twinkle with up above the world and then half way through starts with "I love you, you love me". Tooooooo cute hey.

It is true. As hard as it is at times they melt our heart.

:) My LG just wanted hugs and kisses this morning.
We were lying in my bed after she had her bottle and she wanted love. She could not get enough. Eventually (not that I wanted to) I had to say ok that is enough we have to get out of bed now. Carried on for another 5 minutes or so before getting out of bed! :P
(I was saying just last night to my BF that she has not given me hugs or kisses for a long time)
 She has also been a bit on the difficult side lately, making me turn to calmettes!!
Motherhood sure is not easy!! But as you said - the good days are well worth it!! :P

We are going through the terrible tantrum 2 phase in our house, and the last week was especially difficult, and I have not liked my LB very much, and in the same breath I felt like a terrible mom.

With the support and advise of all my fellow moomie friends on our thread I realised that we all go through this at some stage, and that I do LOVE MY SON EXTREMELY and I AM A GOOD MOTHER!!!

Being in the difficult time we are in, I really notice the small things. I was very down yesterday after a very bad night, and when I got home, I drove up the drive way, and CJ was on his black bike giving me a big smile and shouted MOMMY! When I got out of the car he waited on his bike with his arms wide open and said "drukkie"!!!

My heart melted!

P.S. This made all the difficult days almost worthit?!?!LOL ;)

Me, my mother and husband stay in one house. So my little one 13 months is very attached to his granny because she looks after him during the day and is always there even if i'm home. And she offcourse gives him everything he wants and he adores her for that. Normally when I leave for work in the mornings he would not mind, because he stays with granny. But this morning when he saw I am taking my bag ready to leave, he came running to me mumbling, mummy, mummy. My heart melted and I felt to just stay home with him because I could see that today was one of those days that he prefers mommies attention above others. Now I'm sitting at work, missing him so much. More than other days.
