I was once diagnosed with a hostile environment for sperm (environment too acidic), although I did conceive during that diagnostic test - go figure. So we are not sure whether that is true, but thats the kind of scenario where IUI is a good call, but as Julz say only maximum a 20 % chance

Okay picking up squeaky clean and washed sperm at 4:30 (never thought I'd say that!), so signing off

RM an iui is the also known as artificial insemination. They use a little tube to bypass the cervix to give the spermies a better chance of getting to the egg.

It only increases the chance by a few percent so it can still take a few tries to fall preggies.

What makes it work, what makes it not work, and why do you need to have 3 - 6?
