Can't really help you Klk. I can test any day of the week any time and mine are always usually positive which is not normal. I really don't know what the best time is. I don't use them anymore, it's just a waste of money. i'm using the Fertil Focus monitor which i find more reliable at this stage.
Klk, i used to take mine always aftr 17h00 afternoons, now i'm using it round about 12h00 midday and drink not much during the morning so its still concentrated. My first one in Dec after several mths of negatives i got at 12h40 and again at 17h00. This mth i started at cd10 and got my positive first time, so i assume O occured on cd11. On the paper inside it told you when to start testing. Sometime i test 2x /day between cd11 and 15. Hope it helps!! Good luck!
I am going to be using them with my next cycle but I just wanted to know what is the best time to take them, to make sure that you get the surge? I know every woman will be different but a rough estimate would be great.
