AF and ovulation

Phew. BFN this morning despite being a week late. Went to a party yesterday and there was a mom with 6w old twins. Def not ready for nr 2!

Claudia I didn't know about the pcos supply issue. Interesting. Have never had a problem thankfully. Just struggled the first 2 weeks a lot with cracked nipples. Ow!

My gynae told me that the mini pill isn't that effective once baby is eating more solids:( I'm just using condoms too...

1st timer I thought you were going to say that you were ttc in this post, so glad you are not because yes 2 under 2 is a scary thought... Don't know how peoPle do it!

It's great you have bf for so long despite the pcos- it seems like a lot of women that have this also struggle with supply issues!

I also have PCOS, concieved my LG on my first round of fertomid. AF is still MIA since her birth, Im not breasfeeding and Im not pregnant.

Not even contraceptives can keep my cycle regular, so I better go see the gynie again.

Oh ok cool yah seeing my gynae in April so will get proper check up etc thenand confirmation.
Could do mini pill but i'm trying to keep my system clear of anything as we are hoping the PCOS will right itself and we can conceive later this year naturally.

Uh you can have your period without ovulation. I used to have a perfect cycle but no ovulation due to endo and poor hormones.

Is it not possible to go on the mini pill?

Oh so you mean I need to ovulate to have a period as opposed to the other way round... Bummer. Will have to just test every month or two i guess. Using condoms but have heard of lots of stories of them breaking so they're not exctly 100% which is why I worry anyway.
