i have felt so alone in all this my mom and sister have both passed on and although i have a good relationship with my mum in law i am not comfortable approaching her with this, reading through all your messages on the forum i feel as though atleast there are people out there that understand me,

i have tried everything n theres days when i think im ok and not stressing about it at all n then comes the period and that breaks me down all over again , i am looking at trying DR COLINS FERTI BOOST does any one have advice on it?

Just know that you're not alone. I know how you feel and what you go through each month. This has been a source of support for me.
I was told last week to focus on calmin my life. To relax as much as possible. I saw Laura Thomas for reflexology, joined a yoga class and am telling myself to keep calm.
And apparently it's good to eat different foods during different stages of your cycle to encourage ovulation, pregnancy etc so I am trying that too.
Oh yes and finding laughter everyday so I can be happy and calm

i am glad to have found this post at least i am not alone!! congrats to every one who finally fell pregnant, may you baby's be the blessing you deserve, and to those of us still struggling may god bless us with this miracle, i am so tired of crying every time i c my period iv been trying for close to a year and no luck, i have tried pregnacare and herbal tonics but nothing, i don't know what to do anymore because according to my gynae i am in perfect health.

Much better this side thanks Ceebee. I started reflexology a month ago and its the best thing I've done regarding TTC. She picked up a few issues that have possibly been affecting my hormones and I'm feeling better physically and emotionally so we are making progress going back to my gynae next month to see whats happening with my ovarian cyst but I'm not going to pump myself full of hormones etc in a hurry! Hope you come right this month

We're going to get back to trying this month and then if still no luck (it will be 1 year of trying soon) then I'll go see a doctor.

wannabepreggy - it won't hurt you to consult with a homeopath as they mostly use non-invasive treatment and mostly yield positive results. It is worth a try!
