@ Lillyr,

it can be a bit messy but use just a little yogurt as soon as you get in the shower and then again just before you are finished showering. I used a pantyliner between uses and believe me if I knew it would work SO nicely I would've done this ages ago as for me it was almost instant soothing relief. Just make 100% sure it is unsweetened, plain and with live cultures (Lactobacillus Acidophilus). I found a tub in Hyper for R13 I think and the syringe from Clicks for R5 or so. Hope it clears up asap
@ Babydream, do you normally get heartburn? Your symptoms sounds promising and hang in there and hoping that AF does not arrive. I am also not going to symptom spot this cycle as it drives me crazy

GL and holding thumbs for your BFP
@ Anzel, how is your tooth feeling now? I agree BD anyway as ones body is weird and wonderful and might just surprise you. I am on CD9 today.
@ P4M1, how is the exercise routine going? My sister and I have a competition going on that whoever looses 2kg or more before Easter has to buy the winner lunch. Did you chart this cycle? I am temping but not going to go crazy and going to try and have a easy cycle without stressing myself more

Good luck for your tww
@ Morgan, its going to be extremely hard not to test sooner but the 21st is almost a week away! I am holding thumbs that the next week will fly by so that you can test and I have a good feeling about this cycle and your BFP!
@ Mrstl & Inca, welcome to this fabulous group of ladies, we really do support and keep each other positive and keeps us sane during the dreaded tww
AFM, well I am on CD9 today and going into my fertile window although honestly I am never 100% sure when I ovulate, just a guessing game I suppose

I would just like to ask you ladies if one has a ultrasound done to check the follicles and eggs etc is it done externally or internally? Is it painful and more or less how much would it cost if the medical aid doesn't pay for it? I am super excited to have it done on Tuesday but just want to be prepared
