@Inca - I am only testing early as I get EWCM early and I never believe I could ovulate so early so I just want to see what is really happening, if you usually get positives at CD15 then you dont need to test until a little later. Which day is your appointment next week? Are you doing the follicle scan or just a check up?

@Anzel - Thanks, I am just praying that its nothing to be concerned about, its only the second cycle its happened now. I hope you feel better soon, just dont overdo it and give your body a break when its telling u it needs one. Lets hope the pains are eggy and sperm meeting up for a party!

@Nikita - We are cycle buddies, I see. I am CD 17 today and thus in my TWW. Hate the TWW. Your temps look good. Holding thumbs for good news in a week and a bit!

@Liza - Enjoy the weekend away with hubs. It's sometimes necessary to just get away and relax a bit. Hubby and I are planning a similar retreat over the long weekend in September. Really looking forward to it.

@Chanti - Not sure about the clots, dear. It's not necessarily a bad thing. It could be old lining or old blood? it's sometimes better to get them out of your system than having it there. It makes space for a new lining to build up. Sorry about AF though - I know how devastating it is when she keeps on showing up!

@Inca - Good luck with the week ahead. BD as much as you can! I think this whole TTC Thing is a battlefield in our minds. The what-ifs and maybe's can drive one crazy. We just need to hang on and keep the faith. There is always hope. God wil not give us the dream of our own family without giving it to us in His timing. His time is perfect.

@Chanti, @Ninies - Weightloss is a massive challenge and such a drag. I would rather prefer to stuff my face with a massive piece of carrot cake and a huge hamburger than kick boxing at 5 in the morning!

@Jay-bee - How are you, hun?

AFM - I am not sure how I feel today. I am no longer feeling depor, however, I'm feeling too lekker. I am nauseous and feel faint/weak and have absolutely no appetite. And I'm exhausted!! Wow! Yesterday afternoon I took a nap for about 3 hours and was tired again by 21:00. Slept through the night and woke up at 4:00 with extreme tummy aches. Maybe that's what causes the nausea. We did some yoga and kick boxing again at 5:00 this morning, but it was a struggle. Wanted to faint the whole time... Eish! As I'm sitting here, it feels like ovulation cramps down there on both sides - Weird, as I know I ovulated earlier this week already. I am on CD 17 of a 28 day cycle, so I have to wait another ten days to see what happened. As I am so used to a negative by now, I don't even bother testing until I'm really late. And by then, AF showed up already! LOL. We'll just have to wait and see, I guess.

Thanks @ninies, will go have a look at dischem again today if I get a gap. And will also pop into Clicks to make sure. If they don't have the conceive plus, I'll probably get the pre-seed even if it is so expensive. Would rather use SOMETHING instead of nothing!

AFM, I'm on CD10, based on what @Nikita and @Chanti you ladies are saying, I'm wondering if I shouldn't start testing my opk's today to make sure when I am ovulating? Haven't had CM as yet. When I used opk's initially, FF drew my coverline as CD15 being the day that I ovulated. All so confusing. Really excited to see the gynae next week to make sure all is in order I hear you though Chanti, I also wonder if we ever will fall pregnant and what happens if it never happens? Scary thought. The moment I start thinking that, I immediately start doing something to keep my mind off that very scary thought. We also have friends that have just adopted a baby after 7 failed IVF's.

@Nikita - I am a 28day cycle but start brown spotting from day 26

So this evening after a day of just spotting and using a pantyliner, I had a rush of blood and then passed a large clot (TMI) im sorry! I just don't know what to think about these large clots at the end of my cycle? Do amy of u ladies have this experience? Im hoping its normal and nothing to worry about.

@nikita well be leaving tomorrow afternoon and staying at a spa in bela bela for the weekend. Super excited! My concieve plus is packed!

I'm only going to use it once this weekend and then next week again. Dont' want to use them to early in the cycle.

How long is your cycles normally?

I am normally on a 27 day cycle and according to clear blue pamphlet I should ovulate on CD 10, and I have tested this and they are correct.
I have the pamphlet at home so if you want me to check and let you know I can do that.

AFM, had a pain today so used an OPK and was a negative of course!! DH has asked me to start testing a little earlier this cycle as he thinks we are missing the Big O totally. So this morning I was flicking through facebook and a friend of ours who is newly married has just announced her pregnancy, she suffers quite badly with her health and has issues with her immune system, I was reallly happy that she is able to fall pregnant but hubby and I were both just like WOW what a blow, why can't we fall pregnant so fast? What is wrong with us? It was a really hard couple of hours and I so badly wanted to get furious with the whole TTC situation and say well bugger that Im done. I don't think its the not yet pregnant thing thats the issue, I think its the not knowing if we ever will be able to fall pregnant. If i knew that yes after 11months we will get our BFP I will be happy but I have absolutely no idea what to expect.. Its an uncontrollable situation this.... Argh. Its such an emotional rollercoaster
