Morning Ladies,

@Nikita - Are you feeling a bit better today? Are you making sure you are getting enough plain water everyday? Also make sure you are getting enough sleep so that your body can rest, my DH was on blood pressure meds and since he started running he doesn't need them anymore.

@Liza - How are things your side hun?

AFM, CD25, temp dropped from 36.5 to 36.3 this morning and I was exceptionally hot the whole night, I def think AF is arriving this week.

Hallo ladies,

Liza - I dont have any PG symptoms yet. I really dont feel pg at all.
I still am very sick and coughy with this bronchitis. Any sign of AF on your side? You do have a weird cycle.

@Nikita - I am looking forward to my appointment with the gynae. I am just a bit worried that all the meds i am taking (although the GP says it is safe) will have an effect.
Also at the start of my last cycle on CD1 I started taking Duromine (for weight loss) because I thought we would not be able to get pg without any external interference. I only took it for one month - but so it happens that I got pg in the middle of this cycle after ovulation. I am a bit worried whether it could have any effect. I will definitely speak to my gynae about it on Thursday.

Nikita for blood pressure - you can look into the many many benefits of coconut oil! I dont have blood pressure issues, but coconut oil is one of those superfoods that helps for any and everything. I take it every morning in my coffee and use it to cook with aswell.
Do yourself a favour and google it!

Morning Ladies,

@Liza, how are you feeling? Any signs of AF?
Still holding thumbs for you

@Chanti, How are you?

@Ninies, how are you feeling? You must be very excited for your appointment on Thursday, please keep us posted

I am currently on CD 7, normally O around CD 10 will just have to wait and see with this cycle.
I have horrible headaches specially when I wake up and during the day, think it might be my blood pressure?? Does anyone have a natural remedy for it? I have also cut back on my normal tea (I drink ALOT of tea  ) but now I am on rooibos and on ginger and lemon (started with it this morning) really not sure might be stress :S .

@ Ninies have you started having any PG symptoms?

This weird cycle of mine is driving me crazy. I have no PG symtoms except for AF not coming.
It's officially CD31 for me. My longest cycle yet except for the spotting Friday evening.

Have been thinking about testing the whole day but getting that BFN is just not what i want to see. Luckily i don't have any test at home and there is no shops on my way home to buy. So i'll stick it out untill later in the week

@ninies - I so hope you can hear the heartbeat already! How amazing would that be  Im sure cycling is still fine as long as your are still able to speak comfortably during the excercise then you may continue, perhaps do it as a fun ride and not a race. Def best to speak to gynae though :)
