@Jaybee - I think I am going to wait for AF to show. I dont have a test and will only buy one if AF does not arrive.

@Jay-Bee - I am gearing up to O on my side, hopefully it will bring a change of mood as I am rather flat at the moment. Waiting for my last exam result today which determines if I get my degree or not so a bit anxious about that... I just don't have much hope for this cycle for some reason

@ Ninies, i can imagine how broody you are and seeing your little nephew or niece will really hammer the nail in My sister is coming over later with my 3 year old nephew and 6 month old niece and it does make one broody.

I am holding thumbs for you too that this is your month as you never know what can happen It will be interesting to know how long or short your unmediated cycle will be, maybe it will be the same as on the pills for the cycle just after before returning to normal. I am symptom spotting like crazy but I know that I shouldn't Are you going to test before af is due or going to wait and see?

@Jaybee- I am well thank you. Still in my TWW. CD22 and 8DPO. I must say I am not symptoms spotting that much this cycle as I know if we do conceive it will only be by miracle so what is the chance...and I must also say we have not really done the deed at he right days I think. I would love it if this could be my cycle. My brother's baby is being born on Wednesday, I am so broody.

My temps are still nice and high but I think at this stage in my cycle it is normal.
Because it is my first unmeditated cycle, I am not sure when AF will arrive. According to FF it is due next week Tuesday / Wednesday.

It is great that you got an appointment with another gynae for next cycle. But that is if this is not your cycle. I still have hope for you this cycle.

@Nels_n - I think your friend's gynae prescribed clomid to ensure that she actually does ovulate. As I understand she only has one ovary left, so chances are she will only ovulate every other month, but I tend to think that on clomid you would ovulate every month even with one ovary.
The worst side effects for me was the night sweats while taking the tablets, the intense ovulation pains, and the intense menstrual pains. I also hated that it mimics pregnancy symtoms, and it happened a few months that I actually really got my hopes up just to be very disappointed when AF arrived.

@ Ninies, how are you doing and are you symptom spotting?

AFM, I am on 6DPO and have very sore bb's and slight cramps and my temp is still nice and high. Going for my Progesterone test on Wed so hopefully I will have a nice high level. As you know my Gynae is fully booked till Aug and I so desperately want a ultra scan done on CD13 so I can see if my follies are big enough. So I have now made an appointment with another Gynae on my next cycle (unmediated) on CD13, yay! so excited. Also going to ask for a second opinion on the Fertomid usage and dosage.

@ Nels, sorry to hear about your friend. What dosage (mg) has the doctor prescribed? Clomid does not make one fall pregnant it just makes one ovulate. There is a few of us on this forum that has and is still taking Fertomid which is the generic version of Clomid. Both the 50mg and the 100mg gives side effects so therefore we take it at night to sleep some of the effects off.

Most of the ladies here and including me got terrible hot flushes/sweats at night. Ovulation pains and cramps are increased, headaches, increased urination and for me it made me pick up weight and I have very sore boobies.

Fertomid/Clomid also mimics pregnancy symptoms so symptom spotting can be tricky. All in all the pills are bearable and they really do make one ovulate.
