Trying for a 2016 baby

Hi,
I have been reading all the posts you have put up and yes it is a difficult thing to deal with. My husband went for his SA last week and when he got the call to say zero sperm count we were heartbroken. He kept apologizing to me saying the issue was with him all along however this isn't a blame game and we need to stick together. I also feel like we wasted 2.5 years trying when we should have followed the right process the first time round.

I have been doing a lot of research but cant seem to find anything positive about naturally conceiving after this kind of diagnosis. We are going to see the Urologist on the 14th and maybe we will get some clarity from there.

I know this sounds silly but I wish we had never found out... feels like a death sentence for your chances of conceiving.

@Chanti - so good to hear from you again. Sorry that AF arrived. . Yes stress definitely has a negative effect on ttc. I even changed jobs because of that. But started a new job in January this year and still nothing.
But keep calm, try on and be hopeful. Good luck with all the big decisions you have to take.

My temps are still high. Went up by another 0.1 degree yesterday and still the same today (36.8).

I am 3DPO today. I have decided to start taking a fat burner and figured as I am not going to get pg soon I might as well shift my focus on losing 10-15kg's. Would it not be ironic if I conceive this cycle then? But only time will tell.

@The Mrs - It sounds so much more fun on your side.

I totally understand you! I am also in finances and its year end and month end and all is crazy. I do believe we stress more than we actually think and it definable effects ttc. GL with the relaxing and new and bright cycle

AFM, I had a temp rise this morning so I ovulated yesterday on CD15, yay 1DPO today and officially in my TTW

AFM, AF arrived properly on Saturday as predicted! CD4 today, been having a stressful time with hubby needing a new bakkie for his business and me wondering about it being the right move!! Typical accountant... A part of me wonders if I don't stress more than I am actually aware of and how it affects my fertility. This cycle's goal is to relax more and do fun things.

Seems we aren't currently ttc, the pressure is off. Strange how we've BDd 4 days in a row since Friday and because we wanted to, not because we had to... Lol!
I haven't been keeping track of my cycle, so I don't have a clue which day I'm on.. Will check my ticker once I hit submit.

@Jaybee - I am so happy that you got a positive opk. The EWCM is a very good sign and sounds like you are definitely ready for the big O. I think your temps will spike after ovulation.
