Did you say that one can do the Sperm analysis at any lab? Do you just go in and ask them to do it for you or must you be referred by a doctor?

The one we did was at the Wilgers fertility clinic through my gynae, but I was wondering if any lab will do it?

@ chanti my longest cycle was 30days but only once. My normal cycles are 28 days. Maybe I'll test today.

It may sound strange but I do not have a desire to test. This is all to good to be true

Morning ladies.

I'm 12dpo today but I feel like AF is coming soon. I haven't felt any symptoms the past three days. I will test today, will keep you updated ladies. Gonna buy a cheapie at Alpha Pharmacy

@ninies - I tried it for a little while and it did nothing. I then joined the SleekGeek group on fb and did a reboot (Paleo lifestyle) and lost about 10kgs, I lost 5kg in my first few weeks, it was difficult in the beginning but eventually rubs off on u. I have put 2kgs back on in about a year but it fluctuates as I have a sugar weakness

@Carien - My moods also definitely fluctuate drastically! Poor DH... Thats interesting about your chart, can't wait to hear the end result.

@Carien - yes my mood definitely changes towards DH during my cycle. I think it is the way we were made. You know spiders eat the male after mating so DH can be glad we are not from the spider tribe.

So where to from now for us? Failed IUI due to very very low sperm count. DH and I have decided that he will get Fertilaid and we will give it our best for the next 3 months. I have really read good reviews on the internet about Fertilaid for men, so I think we will do that and then test his sperm again after maybe 6 weeks to assess.
So I am not yet packing my thermometer away, or my OPK's.

I have a totally different question to ask now: has anyone here ever used Herbex weight loss products? I want to try some to lose some extra kilo's.

Carien - my moods towards dh definitely fluctuate depending on where I am in my cycle.

Someone asked about cycle length. - the first half of your cycle can fluctuate in length every month, meaning you can ovulate on different cycle days every month. But your luteal phase supposedly remains constant so if you have a 14 day luteal phase then af will always arrive 15 days after you ov.
