Strange question: What are your BD strageties for this cycle?

I'm Expecting OV on CD 14 which is Thursday. Was thinking we BD last month most of the days before OV by that time i was soooo tired so we did nothing after OV.

This cycle we'll change a bit. Every second day untill OV and then 3 days at least after?

@Mrs Smith - Thank you. I am just glad that it started, I really started to get worried lol. AF is in full flow, my cycles are really out. Last month I was on 25 and this month 30. So I am excited to see what I am on this new cycle.

@Jaybee- Yeah I definitely think it is the Fertomid that makes us go to the loo more often. I took 50mg this cycle as well. But I think the doctor might put me on 100mg for next cycle.

@Liza - I can always give you my gynae's details. He is at Wilgers, but he is old. But with age comes Experience. And that is what is very important. Like I said I am seeing him this week thursday again as he said I must come on CD13. However I think he might only do the IUI procedure next month. It all depends on eggies etc. But I will definitely keep you updated after my visit. I read up on the success rate of IUI over the weekend and If I remember correctly it is about 26%. Quite low. But probably worth it.

@ Liza, yes I am doing the 50mg as I had a high Progesterone level last cycle and ovulated so gyna says I must keep to that dose. Oh no that is not a nice symptom to have and been nauseous is the worst! I also get cramps now and again but am guessing that is nice big eggs maturing

I am sure you are going to get good results when you go for your test! Has your hubby been tested in case you do ovulate but with no BFP?

@ Jaybee are you doing another round of Fertomid 50 this month? On the 100mg the hot flashes was 10 times more than on the 50. I was sleeping only i a tank top and hot pants Hubby obviously thought i was crazy but that was the best way to keep cool during the night!

On the first 2 days i was nasuas as well but that luckily went away. Lots of water helps to keep the headache away.

@ Ninies on CD 10 as well today. Very strange but i have slight cramps every now and then I also go to wee more at night than before.
My last tablets of Fertomid was last night. Fingers Crossed for this cycle!!

I havent decided if i'm going to temp. I need to buy a themomoter to start. Don't really know a lot about the tempting things.

I'm expecting OV on CD14 i'm starting my OPK on Wednesday.

Is there anyone that can recommend a good gynie in Centurion/Pretoria for IUI?
I'm going for some bloodwork on the 6 June hopefully i did ovulate. If this cycle is another negative we are strongly considering doing IUI.
How good is the success rate?
