Ladies, have you ever heard of Vitamin C to induce AF. I've read up on it now, Vit C increases estrogen.

Yip! Well im hoping to be fertile and pop an egg next week and not just get a positive OPK... Like I said I just hope the Femolene does what it needs to do....

@ Mrs Smith, I have a glass or two of wine during my tww and even have blue cheese & sushi. I carry on as normal but as soon as I get my BFP no more of the good stuff
I have heard of SMEP and tried it a few cycles ago before I knew that I was not ovulating. Without me realizing we are using the SMEP method now

@ Babydream, I also hope that I get my BFP this month. but this is the first time that I have had EWCM and it looks text book so really holding thumbs. Is JHB still so cold? Lovely warm day again in Cpt

BD, let's hope your cycle aint longer than 35 days this month then... I will do an OPK on CD10 which will be this coming Sunday and im thinking of buying more OPK'S... And I shall BD every second day... Just hope the Femolene actuallys makes me pop an egg this month

Jaybee - I would recommend bd every day for the next few days. Have you ever heard of smep? (sperm meets egg plan). They basically recommend bd every second day leading up to ov, then as soon as you get a positive opk you bd every day for 3 days I think, skip one day and then once more. If you are fairly sure you're going to ov in the next 3 days I would definitely recommend bd every day until at least thursday, then you could skip friday and bd again saturday.

AFM - nothing to report, just waiting out the week. Only expecting AF sometime between Saturday and Tues so nothing much going on here at the moment.
