So all we can do now is wait in anticipation for next week Wednesday and if AF shows up then its also ok cos then it's a brand new cycle

@ninies - Well GL then hun! Hope you get that BFP! I normal just get creamy CM before AF is due. And you dont know if you are preg otherwise you could try Femiliners.

@Jay-Bee - Enjoy it hun! FX you catch that eggy! Well my gynae said if I go for the tests and she hasnt phoned me three days after then I must give her a call. So it seems like it doesnt take too long.
Mmm I think you should maybe book that scan on CD13 for your next cycle, that way you can see if the treatment is starting to work.

Ninies, im not sure about taking the Femolene with the Fertomid... Sure Google will have something about that and maybe it will clarify that... Femolene is a continuous herbal treatment to regulate cycles, it basically sorts out PMS to put it in a nutshell...

Jay-Bee, I would say make an appointment and have your follicles checked.. Or give your gynae a call and see what they suggest

So the pain in the ass that I am when it comes to my gynae, I called him back and he asked if I was pregnant to which I replied I have no idea as I haven't has a period in 51 days... He did mention it could be the PCOS but he wants me to see him as he wants to do a scan, so that is happening next week Wednesday 15 April 2015 at 11:30am and I hope and pray to God AF doesn't show before then..... Let's hold thumbs that theres something in my tummy!!!!

@ Ninies, not so sure how long the Fertomid symptoms last but I am charting so will see any extra symptoms. One can pick up an infection so easily and lots of times it re occurs but they say it is also a pregnancy symptom Yip all is so confusing and been a man would seem much more simpler.

@jay-bee01 - I am not sure what the progresteron tests are. My gynae just said I must take one month Fertomid, then if not pregnant come back on CD 13 of the next cycle, and he will see if there is an egg etc, and hubby must be close to give sperms to be washed. He also said if it does not work, he will have to put me on 100mg.
He also said the whole IUI procedure should only cost about R 2000, he is rather old, so dont know if it is in today's money.

Ladies,

My previous cycle I went for a ultrasound on CD13 and it showed that I had no follicles and as you know I was then put on my first cycle of 50mg Fertomid.

The Gyne said that after the first cycle of Fertomid I need to have a Progesteron Day21 test but done on CD23. So if I am not pregnant on the first cycle, I will go onto the next cycle and have the Progesterone CD23 test done again and then if nothing I will be put onto the 100mg.

My question to you is, do you think that I should book a CD13 follicle scan for my next cycle or should I wait till I have done both courses of 50mg? Its too late to make an appointment for this cycle The Gyne said nothing about any scans though ??
