I need some advice ladies.

Af was suppose to arrive Thursday /Friday. She still hasn't shown.

I decided to POAS this morning but BFN.

On Tuesday i had a 'show' with a stripe of red blood. Thought is was af coming a but early. Well it was only that stripe and nothing since.

For the last two days the cramping is gone. I get heartburn, sore boobies, back and headaches abd this morning i seem to have woken up with a cold.

What the hell is going on! I dont want to get my hopes up because of the bfn this morning but on the other hand my cycles are always on time.

Any advice?

I have been tested for so many things after the first 2 losses and all came out clear. I suspect that there could still be many more possible causes that one can test for, but (I agree with you) - after having 2 uncomplicated pg'cies without any threat of miscarraige during any stage - I just consider myself "unlucky" at this stage.

I will however see the FS in 2 weeks time and we will then discuss the new POA.

I know you do have 2 kiddies, so doubt its this but have you ever been tested or gynae mentioned a protein S defect? If not - maybe ask your gynae. But the fact that you have 2 kiddies might mean you don't have this - but its something that caused my sister numerous miscarriages years ago and it took a long time for the gynae to realise she had this.

Once diagnosed it could be treated - each time she got pregnant, she had to start injecting herself daily with medicine - resulted in 2 healthy babies.

When I got pregnant I also got tested for safety sake, thankfully my result was negative. Its pricey though, costs about 4000.

Praying hard for each and every one of you waiting for that bfp - and I know its so cliche for people to keep just saying I'm praying for you or hoping for you - but I truly am with my whole heart, and will probably forever keep checking the trying for a baby threads to follow all your stories & hope to only see happy endings.

@joo-ste you are more than entitled to feel that way! I really hope that you feel better soon. I've only had one M/C and that was heartbreaking ... Thinking of you!

@ayesha sorry that you have to have the extra worries as well. It does not make the TTC journey any better. Try to make the best of the situation XXX

I would have really wanted to be all excited to be joining everyone again - but in fact - I am rather depressed to be here. (BUT, I promise that I will not be all doom and gloom)

I am just wallowing in self-pity at the moment.
