Sorry this is so delayed but I am target number 1 for thrush. I now use Gynaguard or the wash made by Lil-lets. 3.5ph balanced. I also NEVER use bubble bath or any sexual enhancements IE Play Gels. Also, no condoms (daa, we are trying to conceive after all) I used to douche once a month after AF with 1 teaspoon of apple cider to a litre of water. It helped but I still seemed more prone than most women. Since moving over to the PH wash...no trouble. If I run out I fall back on good 'ol Dove. Not the palm oil one or oats or whatever. Just the normal Dove. Try it for a month or two and see how it works for you. Good luck xxx

Hi Ladies,
So I've been offline for a full cycle now. I have absolutely no idea whats happening with any of you lovely ladies and I feel terrible! Like I just abandoned the part I play in this forum. I came online to about 150 new posts so I'll do my best to back track and see how you are all holding up.
I have been reluctant to come back online since last month. Ive started AF today, right on time. OH and I only did our fun business once this last cycle because I just know in my heart that last cycle I lost a baby. I know my periods and CM well enough to know that black, red and grey is NOT normal. Also the pain was a dead giveaway, along with the clots. So that puts me at 2 losses in a year :( The pain and the discoloured clotting cleared up over two days or so and my bbs just suddenly shrunk back to normal. Every part of losing that preggie feeling was gut wrenching. It obviously just isn't the right time for us. But it will be. Maybe not as soon as we would like, but the term NEVER is not allowed to cross my mind.

I hope that all you ladies suffering AF go on to have a good and fruitful cycle ending in a BFP. Those in the TTW - got my FX for you and all you brave ladies going through all sorts of treatments and procedures I ADMIRE YOU! It takes a lot to not give up and for that alone we should all be proud of ourselves.

Hugs and loves and baby dust to you all xxxx

Hi ladies

Hope you all had a wonderful weekend... the weather in CT is so beautiful today I feel like grabbing DH and having a picnic on the beach

@cands my FS advised me to workout but not go overboard or strain my body, so I stuck to light exercise like walking and jogging...i did start yoga though... there's a lot of "fertility yoga" that's actually very interesting.

@carien the TWW is hell. I try and programme my self, so to speak, to mot symptom spot and I don't touch dr Google for 2 weeks. It's hell. Feels like I'm going insane.

AFM after Friday's little experience, I've had nausea on and off Saturday night felt like I was going to throw up but didn't end up so I'm not sure if it was just a bug. Today though I have serious back ache which is weird because I don't get back ache before my period usually just mild cramps. And it's not like a little back ache. When I lie down it's like my back sighing in relief. Trying not to look too much in to it co soldering I don't have any other symptoms...no tender breasts or anything. Period suppose to arrive on Saturday so guess I'm waiting it out

Hi ladies,

Day 02 of "Ocsober". I am determined to stop drinking so that I can increase my fertility chances! Really need to make some changes. I eat very healthy. I do allow myself chocolate and bread etc as life is meant to be enjoyed, but as a whole I would say it is very balanced.

I am struggling with how much and what type of exercise I can do that wont harm my chances? I have been doing spinning in the evening. Max an hr. I am in love with running but hubby doesn't like the impact it has on my body. But I am getting a bit softer than I would like but I also dont want to overdo it and ruin our chances.

Any advice??

Morning ladies, hope everyone had a lovely weekend. I did a muddy princess challenge with a friend yesterday and we had a great time! would definitely recommend it if you have not done it. No level of fitness required, you do have to get over and under and all that for obstacles but its just really fun.

Other than that, I had a bit of a rough weekend with my boys, my husband is traveling and only back on wednesday, and they seem to have a bug or something that is making them not keep things down...it comes out of one end or the other or both...fun stuff...at least today I have help from my nanny.

And then just a side note - I have said this before, I'll say it again, this 2ww thing is not for sussies!! I swear try as you might but there is no way to not symptom spot. I am trying very very hard to not spot (and then subsequently google) everything.

meme for funnyness :)

Hope everyone is doing well otherwise :)
