Ika, So sorry to hear about the little bean and the insulin problems. But I dont understand.. did your baby never mc at 5wks or is another one? Keep us posted on what he is going to do. At least now you know whats going on. Insulin problems are almost always part of PCOS. Thats actually one of the main reasons for PCOS. My SIL has it too. If they can sort out your Insulin then the rest will reduce a lot! Good luck! *hugs*

yup you start at anytime then atleast it will give you an idea of what to do next month..just go to your ff then go to the charts bit and then the date you start charting and then put in your temp.it must be the very first thing you do when you wake up you must try to take it at the same time every day

Meags on FF i think you only need to enter your last period and then you can just click on today and enter your temp.

I might be wrong though as Im completely new to this, but worth having a look at!

it is my first month off the pill. kimika also mentioned i should take my temps. can I just start tomorrow even though it'll be CD41? and on FF, how do I chart that I am only starting on CD41?
