Hayley, I am glad you had a great time at KK I think sometimes we just dont balance our diets and lifestyles so we are lacking essential vitamins and minerals. I read the ingredients on Staminogro and it pretty much covers everything including 99% RDA of magnesium So how much longer before you can test??

Hope you all well and had a good weekend. We went to Klein Kariba for the weekend and really enjoyed ourselves, Chloe had an absolute ball... Was good to get away and have a break...

Now back to reality and face another week at work...

Cols, ive heard of woman also taking an iron supplement and they fell preggies not long after that... I say try it out, it cant harm you, after all its just vitamins.. So glad to hear the op went well and you recovering nicely

I don't think it will do any harm if you take calcium and Magnesius suplements. In fact it can only help, even if it is just for general health, So I would give it a go, As far as medical proof, I don't know. Have you read the book: Optimal Nutrition, before, during and after Pregnancy. They really focus on suplementation and the food you eat. Will check if it says something on Magnesium...

Well the op went ok, very groggy and been in a lot of pain. It's easing up now...

Has anyone heard of taking magnesium / calcium supplement to boost your fertility? 3 people have now mentioned it to me. My friend said one of her clients struggled to get pregnant, she started taking a teaspoon of the powder disolved in water at night and within 4 months she was pregnant. She apparently struggled with cysts and endometriosis herself. Evan's teacher has a similar story and her friend too. Also my friend went onto it when she was struggling.
