I have a similar question to 2kidmamma-I am on CD 8 and have EWCM. Is it possible that I can be ovulating this early?

Tanz, that i unfortuneatly cant answer that for you but im sure it wont have a big effect, just take the pill anyway the one you forgot to take.. If that makes sense.. You taking your Clomid for 5 days??? From what CD???

2kidmamma- My CM is all over the place aswell. I think its no use stressing about it. i found that using OPKs is a little more accurate than judging by CM. You also have to becareful not to mistake Semen for EWCM. Its very difficult to tell the two apart.
Are you also charting on FF. Perhaps just leave the CM out altogether and stick to just temping and OPKs.

hayley - I o'd on CD 18!! I would have never thought I would have O'd so late in my cycle. Charting is amazing But Im still going for Progesterone test on friday just to make sure.

Tanz - With Clomid, the books say you would O 5-10 days after your last pill. I took clomid days 5-9 and O'd on CD18 so that would make mine 9 days after my last pill.

Thanks Hayley... Another thing, If you forget to drink your pill for one day, and then just continue the next day, what effect would that have?

Hayley - Will be hearing the heartbeat on Wednesday...6weeks 2days on Wednesday.

My parents are still themselves, I just try to cut them out a bit...it's working so far.

I think when I tell them I'm pregnant, they won't be talking to me for a while anyway.

Hoope you all well.. Tanz, ovulation does NOT happen during the course you are taking the pills... With all 3 months of taking Clomid, i ovulated 8 days AFTER the last pill... Hope that makes sense..

Ok Ladies Can you help me out here. This is the FF lesson on cervical Fluid. My pattern is just simply not at all like this. I have added my pattern type between brackets at the end of each FF paragraph. What do you think?

"Typical" Cervical Fluid Pattern
While your cervical fluid pattern may vary from cycle to cycle and it may vary from woman to woman, a typical cervical fluid pattern looks like this:
1. Immediately following menstruation there is usually a dry vaginal sensation and there is little or no cervical fluid. (I have EWCM the day after AF stops and it last for 3 days)2. After a few days of dryness, there is normally a cervical fluid that is best described as "sticky" or "pasty" but not wet. While this kind of cervical fluid is not conducive to sperm survival these days may be considered as "possibly fertile" if found before ovulation. (I have this over the days I am supposedly according to my chart supposed to be fertile)3. Following these "sticky" days, most women generally notice a cervical fluid that is best described as "creamy". This fluid may be white, yellow or beige in color and has the look and feel of lotion or cream. At this point the vagina may feel wet and this indicates possible increased fertility. (Dry and pasty only)4. The most fertile cervical fluid now follows. This most fertile fluid looks and feels like raw egg white. It is slippery and may be stretched several inches between your fingers. It is usually clear and may be very watery. The vagina feels wet and lubricated. These days are considered most fertile. This is the fluid that is the most friendly and receptive to sperm. It looks a lot like semen and, like semen, can act as a transport for sperm. (Appeared a day after AF stopped)
5. After ovulation, fertile fluid dries up very quickly and the vagina remains more or less dry until the next cycle. Some women may notice small amounts of fertile-looking fluid after ovulation as the corpus luteum produces small amounts of estrogen, but you are not at all fertile after ovulation has been confirmed. (Little bit creamy but more pasty)
