brrrrrr!!!!! :S

Laliek???

Taryn, my chart is so messy :) ups and downs all over! thats prob because I have a little cry-baby at about 4am each morning :P But you still kinda get the idea. Andy's chart is great ! I also temp at 5 and then go back to sleep :)

Shols, maybe test Thursday morning and then every 2nde morning until you get BFP or AF arrives. Good luck!!!

Ika, lol :silly: Someone had to be asked that question some time!

Ilse, enjoy every second of your trip!!! xxx

Firefly, it was me who asked about the Vit B. I was actually just a bit desperate because it seems asif between my son and I, we keep transferring our bugs  I take all my vits, extra immune goods as well as Vit C. I took 2 Corenza C's and the next morning I was fit as a fiddle!

Meemo, lets hope the progesterone will do the trick!!

AFM: went for CD21 bloods and darnet but Lancet still refuses to give me my results (and that after I phoned the office at Kloof and they said I must just fill in a form :( ) So now I have to wait for gynae to come back the 22nd before I will know whats up with the hormones :( Dont they know I neeeeed to have all the info ;)

Ok I smell a poo nappy :x Gotta run.. chat later!

I dont underdstand then :( My af is so irregular! I would of thought doc would try make it more regular. I forgot to mention I am also in Chast Tree, and the insert says not to take with progesterone. But I was on 4 tablets a day, and since started progesterone doc put me down to 2 a day

Taryn and Lucy, my chart is a bit haywire, especially the first couple of days due to me being sick. I had a bit of a fever the first couple of day, but it's back to normal now.

Meemo the progesterone after ovulation is to support your lutheal phase. I helps keep the lining nice and thick and keeps AF at bay.

Hi Everyone!

Pretoria is also freezing today! My fingers dont want to type cause hands so cold!

Hi Andy! You must really go to that bash place! We plannning to go again soon. I cant believe time flies so fast.

Laliek - sorry no BFP :(

A lot of you asked why the progesterone before O.

Well, my progesterone levels are so low, I need to pick them up a bit. We suspect I keep on having micro abortions :( So from CD 1 - CD 10 I take I light dose of progesterone to boost over all levels, then CD 10 - 24 I am on a double dose, amnd CD 25 - CD 1 back on the half dose.

I dont really understanbd why CD 10 - CD 24 is a higher dose, does any one know maybe?

The Dr is very good, but I felt so overwhelmed the last time I was there I was not really following her. She also put me on gluco something.... Not glucophage, something else, as well as A LOT of vitamin B and extra folic acid, and omega 3.

I am really hoping the side effects wont be doubled as well? Does anyone know if a double dose will make me feel worst?

Thanks Lucy :) I think taking it easy is an excellent idea. Less stress is supposed to be more conducive to conception :)

Illse - enjoy your holiday!!!

H-buzz- good luck with the injection, hope it works :)

Hayley - yay for 2 follies

Meags - I think you should go ahead with the counselling for just yourself. It will help you deal with your frustrations with dh. But do tell him that you are going for it.

Taryn - I've got Patrick Holford's Optimum Nutrition before, after and during pregnancy and I'm pretty sure he says coffee is a no-no if you want to up your chances to conceive. I'll try to check for you. But then again, he is quite extremely health concious and is not for everyone.

Btw Taryn - so jealous that you're in your pjs on this miserably cold day!!! I so want to be in bed with a hot chocolate and good book!!

Shols - I think you should test after 14dpo.

Laliek - don't be sad about your BFN, I'm sure that you've tested too early and there is still hope!

Who was asking about vitamin B injections? Haven't tried it but whenever I get the inklings of a flu I just double/triple up on my normal vitamin C (usually take a multivit/omega/vit C daily - as per Patrick Holford :)) and it goes away before it even starts. Or just pop by dischem for an immune booster.
