I constantly sit with a heated bean bag. It does help a little for the pain. I try to avoid meds as far as possible. Other thatn that I can only say GOOD luck.

AFM, so it's CD 1 for me and i was alittle surprized after having a 36 day cycle, i was 100% something was cooking...
Beacause my cycle is so unpredictable i have decided to go on Yazmin, just waiting for my script from my gynae, for about 3/4 months to regulate my cycle and in the mean time put hubby on Staminagro and go off the pill in January and see what happens... Good POA i think

This whole house hunting and money issues are getting to me BIG time and AF is not helping Im on the verge of bursting into tears... But im sure the Lord has something planned for me...
