Juandre, my Dr told me to take folic acid while TTC. Apparently it makes the eggs all nice

Excercise is apparently good and obviously healthier food. Veggies and fruit.

Have you ladies done any research into what we can do ourselves to increase the chance of falling pregnant? I remember reading that caffine can lower your fertility by up to 30%, so DH and I are now on decaf. Is there anything else?

It is WAY too cold here! I am dying. Took Evan's big blanket to school with him today.

Juandre - DH wants another one now, he's 39 next year.

Hayley - I believe in miracles and it's not a bad thing to hope... I was told I would probably never have kids because of bad endometriosis and POCS. I had Evan I know every case is different but I hear so many amazing stories that I have faith.

I cant remember, someone mentioned Staminogro on here. My BIL had a low count and bad shaped & slow sperm. He went on it and within 3 months his guys were much better and within 6 months SIL was prego Quite a few people I know took it while TTC and it worked well for them.

2kidmamma- I am so sorry that you are not feeling well. And there is nothing worse than being sleep deprived when you are not well.

Shew you are a busy mommy. I dream of being a stay at home mom, but alas bills have to be paid.

I am obviously hoping that we will not have to try for too long as we fell pregnant the first month we tried with MG. But you just never know, and I really want to not get too stressed about it.
DH is 42 and so if we are not preggie by March next year when he turns 43 we will stop trying.

Juandre, my DH also travels and was in JHB for the night on Tuesday my LB was awake quite a few times to I only got about 4 hours sleep in total.
