Deja the fs usually does a scan at 6/7 weeks to make sure that there is no ectopic pregnancy. They will then pick it up on the scan. It may just be your uterus getting ready. Remember with the second baby your uterus is already stretched a bit so it gives way easily and one of the first pregancy signs is pressure on the bladder.

Hi girls, I got my BFP last Wednesday. Think I ovulated 4 March (could feel it in left side). Last first day of AF was 16 Feb.

NOW: I have a slight pain my my left side. When my bladder is full and when I sit in a certain position.

Want to make sure egg implanted in uterus, so when will they be able to see it on scan? I know it's very early but would like to know soonest.

Any advice???

hayley, that is wonderful news!!!!!!! Well done!
I've been for my first sonar today! Everything is well, and there is only one! I was scared there might be 2!! LOL Baby is 2.1mm. heartbeat is 97bpm, still little slow, but it could have started to beat today, as I'm anly 5weeks and 5 days! But there is nothing to worry about!!!

Next check up is 20 April. Dr said, if I want to come next week, t o see if the heartbeat is faster! But I believe it will be!!!
