TTC 2012 Group Year of the ball, Year of the bump

2KM....I do understand the issue of having kids first half of the year vs 2nd half. Jayden was born in Nov 2006...and he will be going to school when he is already 7. You just can't compare a baby born Jan 2006 vs him born in Nov 2006...There is the disadvantage that he will always be doing sport in the older age group, my youngest brother was born 27 Nov...but he florishes now. A baby is a baby...no matter when they are born!! So I do hope you get your BD in before the time is over...

Marinda, sorry to hear about DH's SA. How did he take the news? Probably not very good huh? To men it's a case of ego more than anything else I think. But I still do agree with the other girls. It only takes one spermy!!

Heksie, I had the same tests done beginning of last year and they also took 3 viles of blood. Thought they were going to drain me!! My tests all came back normal, so I hope you get some more answers than I did.

2KM, I agree... MEN!!! Mine is also giving me uphill these days. They are a different species all together!!

SH that is my fear as well...that perhaps I am not ovulating:-( Especially after this month...I'm on CD41 now...last tested on CD39. I'm actually not counting cd's anymore...cause what's the point??? I'm counting to nothing...lol.

Marinda Laliek makes a good point..so keep the faith and wait til you've spoken to the doc about what your options are!

AFM Think I o'd yesterday but it may have just been the start as i am still having O pains today. So I wanted to get a BD in last night again and we are lying there and DH says, you know if we fall pregnant now we will have a baby in October and he thinks maybe it would be better to try have a baby born in the first half of the year like our other kids. Well we ended up having an argument and needless to say no BD. I don't think it's important and I don't want to waste those fabulous good eggies that the Fertomid has produced so i told him we are trying to have a baby arn't we? So what's the point of saying you are trying if you don't even BD over the only days in the month when it is possible.

Argggggghhhh MEN!!!

Marinda...I agree with Lalie...it only takes one good sperm to make a baby...so all hope is not lost....so IUI or IVF...you can still have a baby, even twins or triplets

No news from my side...with the soy I started having OV pains from cd 8 last month...not drinking the soy this month...so no signs of OV pains yet. Since gynie thinks I'm not ovulating, no need to get all excited about BD over OV time....oh well...DH are not so lekker for each other anyway.....

AFM - temps way up this am. Think I o yesterday. And as it would happened dh said he just couldn't bd yesterday but we did the day before (& most days before that) so I'm sure we should be covered. Will try again tonight just for incase...
