fertomid's last day was today. Been having aweful Hot flashes and that's the worst. had a few tearful moments too and an acne breakout on my back. How you described it sue is exactly how i feel. I can feel there is something going on with my ovaries, it does feel like they are having a little party in there.

Sue : hot flushes are definately a part of it! Not fun...
But I will be joining you on that....

Gynae was awsome!! Love him!! Bar the fact he was 4 hours behind! He ended up with 3 emergency deliveries while I was there,how's THAT for luck!!! So my app was for 12:15,and I got in at 16:00!!!!!!!
Anyway...he found ZERO cycsts,yay!!! He wants to start off with the aggresive approach immediately. He has given me 100mg immediately,and must go back in 6 weeks for a scan and check up. Have to do CD21 bloods too. So af is due tomorrow,and he wants me to start CD5 with the Fertomid. Sooooo....I'm in the Clomid/Fertomid clan again...
He says I prob do ovulate,but my endo may inhibit the ovulation,so I don't ov properly. He says the pain on the left is guaranteed to be my endo growing on my fallopian tube near the ovary.
But all in all,he is very positive I will be pregnant sooooon,as long as I do exactly as he says...

afm - on cd11. Should start o from today Havent had any too serious side effects. Couple of hot flashes - mainly at night. Some tearfull moments but all in all its been ok. I can def feel that there is something going on with my ovaries. Feels like they having a little party of their own in there.
I have to share this - I had such a laugh - Dr told us to bd atleast 3 times during cd11 - 16 so DH tried to convince me the other day that the dr said 3 time a day between those days! haha just had to laugh men...
Started charting again - my temps are alot higher then what they use to be before o, must be due to F (aka the hot flushes)

Thanx ladies. Tracey, how was your app? I can go fetch my kitty today at 3pm, they managed to squeeze her surgery in. It all comes to R800.

ahhh shame 2km! Poor kitty! There is also a very ugly cat where we live and also bit one of my cats on his tail - also cost us R1000,but what can one do - they are our babies! Good luck and hope she is fine!

And poor you! Flu and eye infection - really hope you feel better very soon!

Hi all. I'm at home today with this flu and then to top it I have an eye infection. Earlier I had to rush my siamese kitten to the vet for stitches. A big uneutered male came on our property and then out of the blue attacked her. Going to cost a couple of Rands as i dont have petsure yet. She's there overnight. They estimate around a R1000. Thats like all our living money till next month.
