Sjoe I'm on 1000mg a day now - these ovaries are going to get a shocker once they start oíng normally again lol!

Ok so here's my POA for this month then:

1) BDBDBDBDBD - wake DH up - BDBDBDBD - continue BDBDBD
2) Hang from wall like bat with legs in air
3) Fall asleep
4) Call DH to dress wife hanging from wall
5) Put pillows under bum and go back to sleep
6) Walk the hallways at work and "by accident"bump any walking living thing holding milk....

Repeat steps 1-6 for the next week

Lalie - my last exam is tomorrow! yay! have you gotten any results? I see they sending out letters 21 Dec only - wtf? I took 200mg glucophage - if you like bananas - they help big time.

Strikkie no it's not forever. Dr P said we could try another IUI already on my next cycle but we'll be on holiday so. IR and PCOS is completely reversable when you adjust your diet and excercise. So for me, the glucophage is helping to now better the IR but ultimately it will be up to me to lead a healthy diet and excercise routine
