Ladies although I read this thread every day (skelm I know) I do not post often!

Just want to say: Tanz honey I'm thinking of you! I know your pain and as hard as it is it will pass. Thinking of you and DH in this emotional time!

Was sooooo sad when I read about Tanz. Brought back so many sad memories of my own MC in June!

I cannot think of anything other than Tanz - how can they not do something for her? I don't know what D&C is?

It seems so crual to send a women home in that emotional state with the pain she is facing - my heart just goes out to her and her hubby.

Please if any of you speak to her let her know she is constantly in our prayers and on our minds. Please also send her lots of love and hugs. Strange thing for me is that I have never met any of you and Tanz feels like one of my closest friends - have tears in my eyes.

So extremely difficult to understand why things like this happen...

And don't get me started on what I think of the dr!

Please dont shoot me down here, but I think it would be better for her to bleed out naturally as recovery is better and her cycles will probably return back to normal. When I MC'ed I bled out naturally. 2 days later my gynae did an internal to make sure that all was out. She told me I could start trying as soon as I was emotionally ready so DH and I started when my bleeding stopped. 6/7 days after the MC and 3 weeks later Connor was conceived.

I just believe that a D&C can be very invasive and from what I have learnt from many ladies on this forum after a D&C your cycles can take months to come right.

Just my 5 cents.

Ag no man, poor Tanz. Ai hun - my heart aches on your behalf!

Hayley - it does differ but it is normally the estimated time. But it's good to have spermies waiting there because remember spermies still have a journey to make and if they're there lying and waiting when eggie comes down that's a better chance than bding on O day!! Maybe explain it to DH like that

Hayley, he needs to understand sperm survive for 2-3 days at a time generally - so you trying to get the most amount of swimmers you can in there ready for when you DO ovulate....
