I only have one tattoo, a tribal dragon on the lower bit of my back. I took major strain having that one done, not while it was being done but aftewards, so I think that is why I havent ventured for another one yet. But saying that the next one I want is the Lily of the Valley flower (Connor's birth flower) with his name and date of birth in it. And when I have my next baby, will have its flower tattooed on me too. I saw one where a woman had her baby's hand print tattooed on her back. I thought that was quite cute.

AFM...had another temp hike this morning! And Im fetching my new baby just now...my new car!

Karatemum : Heeheee...talking of symbolic meanings.....can you believe I HAD symbolic meanings for the heart with the lightning bolt going through.......back in the day, I used to "love em & leave em", ALOT.....so I was known as the heartbreaker...hence the heart being hit by lightning!
I always figured that would be my way of remembering that I WAS once HOT!!!

Tanasha - my belly one I felt nothing, my lower back one I fell asleep, my wings are only outlines so thats no too bad, my wrist one was actually the most painful and it needs to be done twice as your wrist moves a lot during healing, so needs to be touched up. I love my tattoos! The pain is for a short time only - but maybe I'm a little hardcore lol I mean I did also walk to hospital when I was in labour! what do you have?

Tattooing can be addictive!
Hubby is into it too, so we plan tatts a lot lol - but only get worth while ones, you see some dodgy work out there! So all mine have a symbolic meaning to me, things I won't regret

TaNasha : Funny enough, I agree 100% with the pain comment! But it's a pain that you keep on going back for more of.......I don't know how else to describe it....
At the time, you SWEAR you will NEVER go through it again!!!! And then, low & behold, your back on that damn tattoo artists chair?!

TaNasha, i agree with you on the pain but on the other hand i enjoyed the pain, hope you understand...
But i have no intention of getting another tattoo, happy with the one i got...

You girls are very brave with all your tattoos. I have a small one, but i cried all the way while they were doing it! Would love another but i just dont think i would be able to handle the pain!

TracyM - yup wings are kind of common but that's why I went different and did the raven wings (too many angels!) also the raven/crow has always been my totem animal so had to have it on me somewhere!!
