TTC 2012 Group Year of the ball, Year of the bump

Momtoc : Eish....I know ALLLLL about moving. Have done that 4 times time in 2 years. So sick and tired of it.
But there's always that thrill of moving into a new place, new ways to set things out, good excuse to redocorate the rooms etc.
Just would be great if it was less tiring and stressful.
Sports day was brilliant thanks!!!
My boy came 3rd in his race - was SO proud of him.
I also ran the moms race (at my sons demand). I cam 3rd - not too shabby considering the ladies that came 1st & 2nd are full time athletes themselves, and I only was a hair behind them.
BUT.....MANNNNN am I sore!! My muscles hattttteee me!!!

It's my boy's birthday this weekend. Taking him to my folks for 2 weeks while he is on hiliday, so I only get to see him for the morning on his bday Suxxxxxx

Chanz : That would be great to become a hypnobirthing practictioner! I also wanted to do that, but I just don't have the spare time to actually do the course, and then take it up full time. I also was suppoed to study nursing, and then move into the maternity field. But money was tight for the education, so that fell through the cracks too.

SH : Tooth-thingy is better thanks. Just the gland that is still swollen, otherwise alot better thanks!
Hoping you won't even have to use the pregnacare...heehee, maybe you on your way to a BFP instead

Hayley : I also haven't had the proper pain the way I usually do. Today it's back again, but I'm passed my usual ov days, so I'm thinking this cycle is a bust anyway.
I'm still worried the pregnacare is going to mess up my cycles.

Chanz, I'm just as lazy hahaha. I do try to post asap & try to keep up to date with everybody but it is difficult at times. You guys are indeed on alot of stuff hey!!! I don't use the OPK kits but I've seen the clearblue one, just not sure how good it is. Looks like you guys are having some fun in the BD dept Keep it up!!! Hypnobirthing practitioner....midwife, nurse mmmmmm, sounds interesting & alot of decisions to be made - good luck!

Bronz - Welcome, welcome. I hope your stay is sweet & short & that the BFP will arrive soon. Terribly sorry to hear about the miscarriage you had awhile back (hugs) but glad you guys are trying again! It is good to hear that you are trying to quit smoking....definitely a wise decision

AFM - I am on CD20 & 6dpo. AF is due to arrive next week monday. Keeping FX, toes crossed that it will just stay away. I bought a HPT yesterday. So I am ready & waiting impatiently hehehehe. I had a lovely weekend & enjoyed the kiddies party on saturday. Just a nice relaxing day! We have to start looking for a new place to stay. So I am browsing so many sites on homes, townhouses, clusters etc. to rent or buy. Got about 4 months to find something. Trying not to stress about it & know everything WILL work out.

The weekend is over, and its back to work! Wish I could just be home or better yet - wish my FS appt would come sooner! Am sooo excited and I don't even know what the outcome is going to be

Here is my story:
Graeme born 11 May 2010, took me about 6 months to fall preg (But i was in JHB half the time and hubby in CPT). Then fell preg in Aug 2011 after 1 month of trying, lost the baby at 9 weeks. D&C on the 19th Oct. 'Trying' again since mid Nov. But we are taking a more serious approach from this month. I wanted a 2 year age gap between my kids, but will take as close as i can get now. I am taking pregnacare at the moment.

We are trying to quit smoking as well as I know that affects things.

I seem to be on day12. Really hoping I ovulate this month.

Has anyone used the clearblue digital ovulation test before and how were they for you?

Curious to know what everyone is using to help try get preg?

I bought the clearblue digital ovulation tests, using my ovatel microscope, glucophage twice a day, pregnacare conception and hubby and I are even thinking of using the turkey baster LMAO o and hubby is on sperm-i-prove. We bding every second day until a positive OPK then daily until day21. So really hope this long list helps. Really want a 2012 baby And it would be an awesome christmas prezzie

Hubby and I been chatting if we will stop at 2 or 3 kids. Looks like we have settled on 3 LOL We would have 6 if we could stay on a farm LOL

I have seriously been thinking about becoming a hypnobirthing practictioner in my area. Feel very passionate about natural birth and supporting it too. But the training workshops are held in cities 2-3hrs from me, and not keen on leaving Michael at home just yet. And hubby runs his business so he can't come with. Decisions decisions. Was telling hubby how much I have always wanted to become a nurse and wanted to specialize in midwifery. But I am not keen on the shifts LOL. Maybe someday

Someone asked about IUI costs. They can vary. Our IUI was R2500 just for the procedure, in Feb 2011. But then if you need the injections it adds up. So in total, you looking at about R5000-R7500 approximately. But so worth it. We did ours just before our wedding so you can imagine how that cut into our wedding budget LOL but worth it

I'm on cd28 today, last two cycles were 28 days, think I'm heading for a 30 day cycle again...been having the cramps and saw something over the w/end when I wiped (tmi sorry)...so AF is on her way....BUT I also got me the Pregnacare Conception yesterday...and will be getting the Fertomid once AF starts....will also go buy OPK's later in my cycle, didn't want to buy yesterday.
