Ilse - my cat also loves the rain - he comes in sopping wet for a nice warm cuddle grr lol.

klk - I haven't used veet, but I use Mandy's for sensitive areas. I use it for bikini line, but ons the odd occation I will take off a bit more, especially in summer. Anyways, my point being, it is safe as long as you are not allergic and it is for sensitive areas. (Rather you than me with the shower thing )

I can't think to have a wax in that area, think it is classified as extreme abuse!!!

I've never waxed any part of my body ever. Tried my sister's epilady once... Never again!!!!

And that's exactly what my mom and C tells me all the time... "What are you going to do when you're giving birth?!!" That's an easy one... Just scream for the epidural

Only had bikini done and thats a lot of pain for me. Dont know how i ever gonna be while in labour LOL

Hmmm .... maybe I should give it a bash...cant see myself going through that pain again even though DH loves it

klk, incidently I read this morning that one of the pregnant ladies on one of the threads (can't remember who of which thread though) said that she used loads of Veet. So I think it should be fine. Maybe just try and stay away from the "inside" of the lips for in case it might burn.
