So my Hcg count is 12 000 today!!! I will have my first appointment on 02 November to see our little beans heartbeat!

Just quickly popping in to give you update, I'm a bit crampy so I'll catch up on all the news a little later this afternoon - going to take a nap first!

Firstly - THANK YOU SO MUCH for all the prayers and good luck!! I really really feel very blessed to know there are so many people rooting this month xxx

IUI went great - the fertile xx/xy (can't remember now which one he drinks lol) did it's job for DH, he had 85 million before the sperm wash - my word, we never had such a big count. After wash it was 35 million so now it's up to God to direct which ever little girly or boy spermie to the eggie (which I think is still there as I can still feel slight O pains, it should come down today sometime so timing is perfect!!) '

So now the praying and believe continues and I just hope I'm able to take my attention off this now as I'm writing my first exam next week Thursday - haven't really started yet yikes!! Oh and on the 3rd Nov will be my last exam plus the day of the blood test and I believe we'll see that BFP as it's the day after DH's 30th birthday so hopefully he'll get a wonderful pressie

I'll come chat again later girls and do personals! Oh just one thing - yay for prog count and HCG count Tanz - I managed to catch that!! I'll join you in two weeks on the June/July mommy thread

Tanz: Bit of just interesting fact! In Indie (Back in the 60st) with women who were starving (less that 500 kilojoules a day) they saw a huge amount of weight loss in the first 6 weeks of preganancy, without them being hungry. This was due to the HCG in their blood. Hcg helps you body from becoming hungry on the beginning (Your body becomes use to it after 6 weeks) and then when you starve helps your body not to go into starvation mode, thus losing weight and muscel. (Sorry for spelling!) In oreder to keep the baba healthy.

And that started the HCG diet by doctor Simons, where they inject HCG into your body just to lose weight. A lot of celebraties use the diet. a Lot of people are very against this diet, not really known in SA, but in USA a lot of people use it.

The injection they use is.....wait for it..... Ovidrel. This most of you IUI and IVF ladies know, as this is the injection they give you when your follicales look good on CD 12 to help you O. And that is why you can't do a perganacy test so soon after your ovidrel shot, as it will become positive.

Ok enouth of the useless trivia for today from my side.

I am on CD 21 out of a 28day cycle. I had a lot of cramps last night. And then (Due to funny bra I was wearing) had some sore (.)(.) And thought wow BFP, then remembered that it is way way way way way way to early! But no spotting as of yet, so that is a good sign. Also I think I stand a better chance for a BFP this month. I am unemployed at the end of this month, starting my own business which means long hours. My dad needs to import stuff from China and asked if I might be able to fly to china in 8 months to help him. O yes, I have my high school reunien 3days after expected af, and everybody is excited about their drinks.....and then the week after that I am in sun city for a whole week. So I am hoping I have lined up so many things that BFP would come. LOL! If not, then I need to pay for the tickets and arrange something massive in a few 9 months like skydyving!

Just called the doctor. Results havent gotten back yet. But I got Mondays results.

Hcg - 436 (she says it's normal for so early in my preganancy)
Progestrone - 115 (should be above 40, she says it is more than great!)

Will post as soon as I have todays results. She says I must call after 12.
