Thanks MummyWant2be. I just want to get this surgery over & done with & start ttc as soon as possible again.

That is a good question you ask there. My personal opinion would be immediately after AF if you are ttc & want a good check up & if they need to run certain tests cause then you are on a clean(excuse the pun haha)new cycle. I just think it's much better cause in my case when I went 2 weeks ago, he noticed something on the scan when he check for the endometriosis & said that it could be pregnancy but it can also be something that usually disappears after AF & didn't want to book me for surgery until AF arrived - just to be on the safe side. That is also why I have to go back tomorrow so that he can double check & then book me for the OP.

Would be interesting to hear what the other ladies think. My friend who is also ttc went for her check up after AF.

momtoc - it will be my first time too trying OPK's...FX that all goes well at ur gynae...what would be the best day in ur cycle to make an appointment with the gynae?before ovulation or after AF?hmmm

AFM - Nothing much. Got my 2nd appointment with my gynae tomorrow afternoon. Will see what the POA will be. What I like about my gynae is that he is also a FS so I know I am in good hands & he knows what he is talking about. Still wondering if I should send hubby for a SA just in case mmmmmmm!!! How much does it cost? I know they do it at my gynae so I will ask the sister tomorrow when I am there.

MummyWant2be, that's correct always a good idea to BD every second day... I shall be doing that from CD10 even though we doing IUI this month, cant hurt to have a little fun..

You dont have to be taking Pregnacare Conception, it is really up to you... It's always a good idea to start taking Folic Acid but Pregnacare has all the essential vitamins in it that i would presume your body needs while trying to fall pregnant...

About the OPK'S, something i forgot to mention.. The digital ovulation tests are bloody expensive, it's R185.00 for 7 tests, so if you willing to spend that about of money on OPK'S then why not... I found when i was using OPK'S especially the Click's brand, i always almost got +OPK'S right through my cycle.. But again, it's up to you which one's you wanna use..
