Marinda, I am on Glucophase. But it is because of my insulin levels are to hight. (TO MANY SAVANNA'S and Carbs)
Becuase of my hight Insulin and most times if you have insulin issue's you have PCOS I have fertility issue's. The Glucophase treats the insulin, thus lowering the PCOS, helping me with my fertility issue's.

So I am very impress, eating healthy and have lost 2 kg this week! YES YOU HEAR ME! 2 KG!!!!!! Hard as I have no milk, no sugar, no cold drinks nothing! Just have 200grams of steamed white fish ro 200g steamed Chicken breast or 200 grams of braai'ed read meat with no fat and some brinjal and salad a day. And then Green tea, mint tea and Camomile tea. and some water! BUT YES YES YES for me! So excited. Also lost 3 cm of my belly and hips! Soon all I would want to do is BD! OKAY so still need to do 30kg, but wooohoooo!

Tracy: You become a natural at knowing when you O. I don't need OPK's anymore. I am spot on the dot! The last few months I test on the day and the get the dark dark line. I think TTC for a long time gets you intune with your body!

Hayley - watching your story with interest I remember a while back that Karatemom spent a really long time without getting AF and nothing reflected a BFP, in the end it turned out she was preggies but sadly it was an MC. So fx for you!

h-buzz, if you're still reading this thread, i remember a while back that you were saying something about a woman who helped you with shoulder tension? I would really love her number! The physio is actually helping me a bit, even though I've only been for 3 sessions and I am going to give it a chance. But if it doesnt work I think I'll try your lady next!

Afm. So mad. We 'sold' my laptop on gumtree, and the gue deposited the money on tuesday, even got a sms. He got very angry at dh because dh refuses to send the laptop before money shows in his acc. But today still nothing, now he does not even answer his phone. Damn fraudster! Now I have to start al over getting a buyer, need the money for our holiday. Spending money......

You can't be too careful these days. We have a policy at Doodle-Bums. No product ordered from our suppliers until the money clears into our bank account. People are really skelm these days and reverse transactions immediately even if they have supplied you with a proof of payment.
