How are you all doing?

How was everybody's weekend? Sorry I haven't had time to catch up yet but I will very soon!!!

So AF pitched on Saturday as I suspected - and boy did she punish me! But she should be completely gone by tomorrow!

We started with our USN program yesterday and I'm a bit sore today lol. I have cardio tonight and calves and abs to do...so tomorrow I'm going to struggle to walk!! Worst part is, tomorrow morning we're going to gym at 05h30~- ish!!

Other than that I'm pretty fine. Very focused on this healthy living now and I'm enjoying it so far except for a bit of headache due to lack of sugar and caffeine

Oh girls, I bought a book over the weekend - it's called So Close and it was written by Tertia Albertyn - she's a lady that stays in CT and struggled with infertility for 5 years, and went through 3 IUI's and 9 IVF's. Go and get it if you can, it's a must read and gives you hope! Also check out her blog tertia.org.
