Sorry my ff chart is out of date and FS will be covering this cycle, and with the lab and DC I decided to not chart this month.

Will do so in the next cycle, as I am not sure if I will be able to get a BFP this month with me Ovulating next week between Tuesday and firday, and opt might bescheduled for the following week. Chances are looking slim!

I have been googleing PCOS and Diets, so if anybody have any info in it please let me know!
PCOS and diet and Insulin diets.

From what I found it sounds that if I manage to lose some weight my PCOS and Insulin will be more stable!

Tracy, I know what you mean about auditors. Ours come usually in March and stay for 4 weeks!! Granted, we do imports and exports and wholesale and retail and we have 9 stores, but still, it does get quite irritating when you have work to do and you keep getting interrupted for files and answers etc.
