Sue regarding HPT - no I'll rather wait. I've accepted it's BFN and I think AF is just taunting me lol. If no AF by Sunday then I'll test but I'm hoping she's here this evening or tomorrow so that I can get on with it

Sue no I haven't but trust me I'm alot fatter than I was a few years back. I'm very tall so I tend to hide weight - around my middle lol! And I'm very flabby and untoned so I it's my mission to get into shape. Hopefully the diet and excercise will sort out if there are any IR issues (as it's basically cutting out sugar and higher protein than carbs). That's what you need for IR am I right??

Sad, as if I lose 20 Kg mine will go down to 31.2! Still need to lose more!

excess weight around the middle can be a sign of insulin resistance and pcos which i have. have you been tested? this causes anovulation

I just did mine and I'm 27 but freakin hell I have alot of weight around my tummy and this is heaviest I've been all my life and I'm struggling to fall pregnant!! Horrible lol

wow thats 32% less chance of conceiving every month. what a wake up call!
