May 2015 - Lap & Hys (removal of growth on ovaries)
Oct to Nov 2015 - Testing begins (ovulation checks, blood tests, HSG for fallopian tubes, hubby's sperm count etc)
Feb 2016 - Lap & Hys (removal of endometriosis)
Oct 2016 - IVF #1 - Failed
Jan2017 - next IVF planned
