Special things your LO's do to fall asleep

Isabelle has a toy doggy, she pulls against her chest and then rubs the one ear, while she sucks her thumb - that usually is the recipe for her to go to sleep.

Logan loves his blankie he pulls it rite up to his face and cuddles it or if he's over tired he pulls his ears and rubs his eyes.

My LO talks himself to sleep...sounds like garbled chinese LOL

He also likes to play with his hair or mine to fall asleep...

Dylan pushes his head right back and holds his blanket over his face and holds his book in his hands. As soon as we switch off the light he turns onto his side and closes his eyes. He sometimes smiles at me or sings up above the world so high (he doesn't start twinkle twinkle at the beginning of the song) When he is asleep I take the book away.

He sometimes rocks his head from side to side a bit.

When Kyle is tired, he will take his spoeg doek and cover his face. So now when it is bed time, I give him his doe doe doekie and he will fall asleep

My lg pulls her hair, not hard though, I think she got that from me coz I used to stroke/play with her hair when she was still tiny...and like urs AngelsMom, she like holding my index finger till she falls asleep...
