Eczema

James seems to have inherited my crazy hypoallergenic skin and cant use soo many products its painful. I seem to have finally got his reactions under control with a mix of pure beginnings baby shampoo, e45 cream, woolies bum cream and cornstarch powder etc

However he keeps on getting patches of eczema on his chin due to his constant drooling. I dont use any soap products on his face (just wipe with a wet cloth) and use the e45 as a moisteriser. I know its the constant wetness from his saliva that is causing the problem and I try my hardest to keep it dry, but does anyone have any other suggestions? I have used zinc based creams here, but they dont seem to work?
