Personally, we only use Moltex Oko biodegradable disposable nappies!
They are eco friendly and hypoallergenic.
They are kind to baby and to our environment.

I'm glad u got some help, I spoke to Alice and she could not be bothered at all with my concerns.

I still cant believe that we spend so much on nappis and we all still ahving such majot problems with them. No One nappy is fantastic ... they all have their gripes.

HDC - i noticed that idf baby wees too much in it the insides of the nappy crumble up and you can actually feel the lumps in it and it leaked

Pampers - fill with wee and sag badly .... and whilst sagging the nappy goes very cold therefore baby's bum is icecold

Huggies gold - leaking .... the inking .... the rashes .... my GOD...

you would think that by now a disposable nappy would be made right after being in the market for ages now...

Fair enough Huggies is giving a voucher - still doesnt help with the issues ... and anyway the voucher is to buy more huggies nappies... whats the sense?????

I have just spoken to Huggies and they were oh so helpful.. They are EXTREMELY concerned about the problems they are having and this is why they need that batch number off the nappy to trace it back.

These nappies have never been manufactured in South Africa. They are now being imported from Turkey and they supply Europe and the USA as well..

The lady Anne that I spoke to was absolutely delightful and really listened to what I had to say..

These new nappies have been manufatured to be smaller in the front and bigger at the back.. Anne is going to courier me some samples of a 4+ and a 4 to try. The nappies are bigger than the old type and have been made to be more like pants. Anne suggests that we all go down a size and then they will fit properly and shouldnt leak..

I just came here to start a thread about the Huggies Gold.. I have a boy and used Pampers from day one.. About 2 months ago I started using the Huggies Gold because I found that they have more front coverage and just seemed to fit better..

At the end of October we bought the new type and they are awful.. They definately seem bigger as we now have gaps around the bum and leak terribly.. We are also suffering from rashes.. He got a rash on his winkie which I now realise is due to the nappies..

I am going to phone Huggies now out of interest and see what they tell me..

Hi Rags, yes it's huggies dry comfort. I was very sceptical as I had the impression that cheap nappies won't work as good, but really I am not dissapointed at all that we have changed to HDC!
