Nice to hear that everyone is settling in quite nicely. Things are good on my side. Riley is due for his 4 month injections on the 1st of April. AM dreading it!!!!.

Things are still going well with Riley coming in to work with me. Everyone loves him to pieces and he loves all the attention... a real "boobie" man... He is only 4 months old and tends to "pull" down ladies tops... little bugger...

He has started drooling hectically the last few days, and everything he gets his little hands on goes directly into his mouth. Bibs don't seem to help much as he just seems to grab them and stick them in his mouth too.

Just wondering if any of you have managed to find any decent month by month developmental guides? I'm not a stickler for them, but would just be nice to know if he is developing as per the norm.. and what the "milestones" at each age are.

Skye is also rolling everywhere. Its going to be chaos once she's crawling...3 mobiles kids under 3yrs old and soon a newborn mixed in too!!!

thats great that you are happy with your nanny and are home for a few hours in the afternoon,

I pick Paige up from my moms at around 2 - 2: 30 and then the nanny helps me in the afternoons if I need it. which is good. also really like our nanny, but have been amking use of my mom in the mornings, since both my mom and paige are happy with the arrangement

I know what you mena paige is rolling onto her tummy and then having a temper tantrum cause she cant get around, she so wants to get crawling

it was easier when you just put them down and they stayed put good luck with the baby proofing

Awesome that your boss agreed to the work from home in the afternoon arrangement, Niki! Hope it'll work out for you. Is your mom still going to be there to look after Paige in in the afternoon? I worked from home for Lilly's first 6 months and from about 4 months it became really hectic cause she was getting so busy!

Sarah, I'm jealous Glad it's working out so well for you. Oh and yes, bring on payday lol!

It's going much better on our side now. Lilly's nanny is awesome, she loves her and is very comfortable with her. I'm so glad my little mouse is safely at home and well looked after, makes me much more relaxed at work. I am now working from 7 til 3 so I can at least enjoy a few hours in the afternoon with her. I'm dead tired though but I'm sure I'll get used to it.

Lilly has now reached a new dimension of busyness - all she wants to do is stand. She refuses to sit when I put her down, makes her legs all stiff lol. Once she has pulled herself up on whatever she has gotten hold of she grabs anything and everything within her reach. I must first get used to her new 'height'! This morning she grabbed my tea mug from the tv cabinet and poured warm tea all over herself! I am still in shocked and I think Madam also got quite a fright! Luckily nothing happened! Well, I guess that's how both she and I are learning

We are doing well, I have been back a month now and its not too bad, just so tired there is so much to get done.

I have managed to negotiate with my boss that I work in the office until 2 and then I can work from home in the afternoons, which is great, but I am so busy lately I cant seem to get out of the office at 2, but we will settle into a routine.

sarah, sounds like you have your hands full

Mandz, I was also worried I woudl miss out, the first time Paige rolled over from her back onto her front , she did it at home when I was with her and I was so chuffed, it was like she saved it specially for me

Hows everyone doing back at work? I'm excited for payday lol!!!!! My little monkey LOVES work The boys are loads of fun and my day is non-stop busy. Luckily my baby and the 1yr old sleep at roughly the same time and then they all sleep after lunch which is when I collapse for an hour and have something to eat
The older boy (just turned 2) is SO loving towards my little girl, it is very cute.
