Shame hun, not laughing at all. I think we have all been in that situation at one point or other.

Don't really have any advice to give you, except that you should just take her to the pead to rule out any illness. Then you can start from there.

Let us know how it goes. *hugs*

gosh, Imagine wishing that your child has an ear infection!! But, that's kinda what I'm thinking right now because then at least its "fixable"!! Terrible, I know!!

hubby seems to believe that there is nothing wrong with her and that she is just being naughty, but I'm going to have it checked out just incase. Her paed is unfortunately not available, so now I'm trying to figure out where to take her.

Shame Charnenay! No one is laughing at you (or puking on you!!)

I'm going to echo what everyone else said and say it sounds like she may have an ear infection.

I hope that it passes soon and you can get back to your peaceful nights. We moved house at the end of last month and it seriously disrupted C's sleep patterns. Only starting to settle again now.

Charnenay... sooo sorry... Kaelyn went through this in december just before we went on holiday we eventually took her to a doc in CT just to be sure there was nothing... sadly there wasnt he said though that a change in routine can sometimes upset them that much and it would take about two weeks to settle

It could be a new crib or new washing detergent (the sheets smell different) or something... and i must be honest when we got home she was better... still bad but better and about three or so weeks later she was fine again.

Regarding the sleep i only feel the deprivation when i finally get a good nights sleep... then i swear i am like a zombie!

anyhow i would still take her to the doctor, she may just have an ear or bladder infection...

Nothing to laugh at Charnenay, it's no joking matter at 3am or any other am time at that. I have been dealing with it since my son was a week old up intil he turned a year and then it reduced to waking once a night for a bottle and minimal screaming. I had to give the bottle though. From about 18 months I out the bottle in his cot and now he gets it himself and he is 2 now but still wakes crying then gets the bottle and goes back to sleep. He has struggled with ear infections also so I would definately not rule that out and for sure have it checked.

hmmm, I was thinking ear infection perhaps, because the only other time she cries, is when we lay her down to do a nappy change or dress her..... perhaps dh should take her to the paed today since he is home with her.

Lol @ Yaz, I like the theory that this thread may "unjinx" it.

We better keep Emily and Lilly apart from each other tomorrow or they'll soon come up with a new plot against us ;)
